Payments for SimaPro licences and service contacts can be made by direct deposit to our bank account- the details for this will be on your invoice. For credit card payment please use paymate by clicking on the following link. Note that a 3% surcharge is applied to credit card payments and this will be specified in your tax invoice.
When you order SimaPro, you receive the latest installation CD-ROM and a registration code.
The software license includes software plus the standard database filled with inventory data and impact assessment methods.
The Franklin US LCI and Idemat libraries are not included in the software and must be purchased separately. The ecoinvent database must be purchased separately for educational versions, and all users that update from a previous version.
Manuals (User manual, Tutorial, Database manuals) are supplied as PDF on the installation CD. A printed copy of the User Manual and the Tutorial are included. For SimaPro 6 these are not yet available and will be send later.
Indefinite licenses include a free first year service contract. This gives you software and database updates, access to helpdesk and membership of the SimaPro User Group. Service contracts can be renewed per year or for multiple years in advance. Temporary licenses always include service and support for the period of the license.
For upgrades from SimaPro 5 or 6 , for non-service contact holders, can be purchased for 75% of full price.
